Returns & Exchanges
Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of the item condition. Items must be in original un-worn condition, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased at a discount of greater than 20% are not eligible for return. Art Prints are not eligible for return. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at email@example.com. Theyellowroom.com orders cannot be returned at a Mellow Mushroom restaurant location.

At this time, theyellowroom.com does not offer online exchanges. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please return the item and repurchase the correct size or style on theyellowroom.com
Return Process and Instructions:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a free return label.
2. Please include a copy of this packing slip in your return package.
3. Drop off your package at any USPS location.
4. We will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your return.
5. Once your refund is issued, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
